Founded by Domenic and Fay Vitalone, the group has successfully developed a wide range of property in Sydney and greater Sydney, transforming residential and commercial properties into innovative spaces. With over 20 years’ experience, the group prides itself on the trusted partnerships built with clients and key stakeholders. Each project is a reflection of the group’s commitment to efficiency, quality and exceptional customer experience.

With a passion for home design and sophisticated modern living, Domenic and Fay Vitalone founded Wisdom Properties Group Pty Ltd, trading as Wisdom Homes in 1999. The company proudly built thousands of new homes for families across NSW. Over the years Wisdom received many accolades and expanded its product offering to include Pools and Landscaping, thereby offering a complete turn-key solution, and introduced new divisions, including Canvas Quarter, Hoot Homes and Wisdom Readybuilt. In 2016, Wisdom partnered with Japan’s Sumitomo Forestry Group, an organisation boasting over 300 years’ experience and a global leader building over 16,000 homes annually.
