With a passion for home design and sophisticated modern living, we initially founded Wisdom Properties Group Pty Ltd, trading as Wisdom Homes in 1999. The company proudly built over 5000 new homes for families across NSW. Over the years Wisdom received many accolades and expanded its offering to include Pools and Landscaping, thereby offering a complete turn-key solution, and other complimentary divisions, including a selections centre, and projects arm.
In 2022 the Wisdom Group was acquired by Japan’s Sumitomo Forestry Co. Ltd, an organisation boasting over 350 years’ experience and a global leader building over 25,000 homes annually worldwide. Since then, our focus is the pursuit of strategic property development opportunities under the ‘Vital Group’ brand.
